Up to 90% of your experience as a mom is predetermined by what you subconsciously learned about parenting as a kid. This is true even if you have said "I'll never be like that with my own kids." Even if you rebel against everything your parents ever did, said to you, or taught. This is also true even if you had the most loving, caring, and nurturing parents on the planet.

 

Essentially our childhood pre programs the experience we will have as parents. It imposes subconscious limitations on our ability to love our children unconditionally and results in the outward manifestation of stress, overwhelm, frustration, anxiety.  Creating a better experience around parenting isn't about what you teach your kids, how respectful they are, or even how calm you can be. 

Creating a better experience requires that we intimately evaluate our individual needs, wants, desires, and values that we have around parenting. We get to throw out the rules that we've been following that are counter intuitive to our soul. We get to define the type of experience that we want to have as parents and then map out how that looks for us.  

In ALIGNED for moms, I'm going to teach you how to rewire your neural pathways out of dysfunctional old patterns of behavior that are based in conditional love and ground into parenting from a new paradigm that is uniquely yours and strongly grounded in unconditional LOVE.

 

 

What is Alignment?

Alignment is a state of being where your desires, beliefs, thoughts, feelings, and actions are harmonious and coherent with each other.

 

Alignment, however, is only 1 of 4 possible states of being and our past experience, conditioning, and trauma create a default pathway of habitual thoughts, feelings, and behavior that keep us from regularly entering into a state of alignment. It’s why we feel like we are constantly paddling upstream or struggling just to stay afloat.

 

In Aligned For Moms, you’ll learn about these 4 states of being including what alignment looks and feels like as well as how to avoid the trap of the other 3 states of being so that you are intentionally creating the optimal health, well-being, and consciousness that your soul came here to experience.

Meet the Instructor

Cassie Seal is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Craniosacral Therapist, and Somato-Emotional Release Practitioner. She has been a student of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Yoga, and Buddhist Meditation for more than 10 years and has had a private practice for over 7 years in South Bend, Indiana.  She is passionate about shifting the current medical paradigm and revolutionizing the way in which we heal as human beings.

 

Thirteen years ago, Cassie experienced a health challenge that would forever change her beliefs about healing. She struggled for over 5 years to “correct” her digestive health - radically overhauling her diet, consulting with multiple doctors and therapists, acupuncturists, and chiropractors - finding relief, but never healing until she discovered the root of the problem. Since then she has experienced not only a healing of her physical body but a radical transformation of her entire life. She has worked with hundreds of clients over her career helping them to achieve healing in their physical form, their relationships, life and work.

 

Her Aligned workshop is essentially the system she discovered to heal herself and that she now uses to help her clients experience the same radical transformation that she experienced.
